Explanation
〜として = "as (in the role of)". 〜について = "about / regarding".
Usage: として = "as (a role)"; について = "about / regarding". Both attach to nouns. について can also be についての before a noun.

Usage & nuance: 〜として states a role, capacity or standpoint, while 〜について introduces a topic under discussion, study or thought.

- について missing に → について (Nihongo ni tsuite) — Keep the に.
